After 20 years in the United States Marine Corps — six PCS moves, deployments, and everything that comes with military life — I know what it means to navigate a home purchase under pressure, on a tight timeline, sometimes from thousands of miles away.
When I retired, I chose real estate because I saw too many veterans getting underserved. Agents who didn't understand VA loans. Lenders who couldn't explain the VLB disability rate reduction. First-time buyers left confused at closing.
